HST3000-You will need to remove the battery on the back of the unit in order to find the serial number. The serial number is not the one on the back of the battery but the one that is on the back of the HST mainframe itself.
HST3000 SIM-You will need to remove the SIM by unscrewing it from the HST and flipping it over.
Testpad Products 2000, 2207, 2209, 2310, 2802-You will need to turn over the unit and if there is a stand you will need to lift it. There will be two serial numbers on the back, one for the UIM (user interface module i.e. the screen) and the other for the applications module (2310, 2802, etc.). Each one has its own serial number.
T-Berd 107A-The serial number is located on the back of the unit.
T-Berd 950-the serial number is on the back of the unit.
T-Berd 224-the serial number is on the back of the unit
T-Berd 209OSP-the serial number is on the back of the unit
MTS (TB)6000/8000-the serial number is inside a small door on the right side of the unit (if you are looking at the front of the unit)
MTS5100-the serial number is on the back of the unit.
MTS (T-Berd) 6000/8000 transport module-the serial number is located on the front panel of the module when it is installed inside an MTS (T-Berd) unit.
Other MTS (TB) 6000/8000 modules-they need to be removed from the mainframe and the serial number is located on the top of the unit.
