JDSU-certified factory repair
JDSU offers return-to-factory repair for all JDSU instruments. Our technicians will ensure that your instrument is functioning properly and will install any engineering change notifications (ECNs) before returning it. JDSU does not certify any other company to repair JDSU instruments. Furthermore, allowing other parties to attempt to repair JDSU instruments will result in voiding the warranty. Trust your instrument to the company that build it!

- Shipping cost to JDSU for repair is covered by the customer; 2-day return shipping costs are covered by JDSU.
- In order to eliminate unnecessary shipments, JDSU Technical Assistance Center (TAC) personnel will verify that the product must be sent in for repair (before a return authorization number is assigned).
- Expedited repair services are available based on availability for an additional fee.
