Factory Calibration Services provide a way to have your instruments undergo an ISO-certified calibration that meets your schedule. Setting up a Calibration Plan Manager allows for discounts and logistical assistance. Calibration should be performed at the specified intervals to ensure that the instrument is operating at factory specifications.

- Preventative maintenance is performed including cosmetic repairs, cleaning of the displays and housing, and cleaning of the internal components to remove dust and debris. Minor repairs are performed to keep the instrument running like new, and mechanical adjustments are made to any loose or misaligned hardware.
- Factory engineering changes are incorporated, as necessary, to optimize the function of the instrument. This may include anything from a component change to the replacement of an entire assembly.
- For optical instruments, we will clean all of the optics and verify proper function of the lasers and optical connections.
- A calibration label is applied to the instrument noting when it was calibrated, by whom, and when it is next due for calibration.
- If using Calibration Plan Manager, the customer is proactively contacted to schedule the next calibration based on the factory's recommended calibration interval.
