Successor of DLA-9
The ELA 10 Data Line Analyzer monitors all analog transmission parameters within the frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It is a copper test set for lines carrying low rate data services used by military and civil services. The ELA 10 Data Line Analyzer is the successor of the Wandel & Goltermann (W&G) DLA-9.
