Source Lasers

At the front end of the network, a source laser provides the initial signal that is transmitted over the network. JDSU offers direct modulated lasers (DMLs) in 2.5 mW output powers for 2.5 Gb/s applications such as telecom and datacom.  JDSU also offers 850 nm VCSEL TOSA's and bare die for high-speed data communication applications.
