With specialized expertise and access to laboratory facilities equipped with the latest technologies, JDSU service professionals provide quality instrument maintenance, technical assistance, service and support. 

Calibration

JDSU offers a full calibration to National and ISO9002 Approved Standards.

Equipment calibrated comes with:

• Calibration certificate 
• Results before and after (on selected lines only) 
• Calibration sticker -Zertifikat 

Calibration includes:

• Virus tests 
• Battery tests 
• Safety checks 
• Filter changes (on selected lines only) 
• Minor repairs 
• Modification changes 
• Software updates ( Maintenance Releases )

Repair

We offer repair on ALL JDSU products from our state of the art service centre. Selected spare parts are used for all repairs ensuring that your equipment works to the highest specification. We also hold stock of all spare parts so we have optimum time to repair your instrument and you have optimum usage. Once a unit has been repaired the effected parts are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Hot Swap

If you can’t be without your JDSU measuring kit whilst it’s in for repair or calibration you can also request a loan unit to help you out.
JDSU also arranges to collect your instrument from any site and ship it to our service centre 5 days a week and within 24 hours from your request.

Extended Warranty 

Extended warranty can be purchased to cover your equipment for up to 4 years. This will cover you for all hardware repairs. (Excluding consumables and any instruments damaged through misuse).
