From the M3:
- Leave at junction 6 and exit on A339 to Newbury.
- Take the slip road off signposted to A33 (Reading).
- Turn right at this roundabout and head towards Chineham.
- At the next roundabout, go straight through to enter Chineham Business Park.
- At the 1st roundabout, turn right onto Lime Tree Way.
