Test & Measurement Global Customer Satisfaction Resolution Center

The Customer Satisfaction Team was developed as a Test & Measurement initiative to offer an issue/problem escalation path to our customers.  The team includes members from our major sites allowing easy access to us and a quick response to your issues and problems.  We are your advocate within Test & Measurement.

We are here to:

  • Handle ongoing systemic issues/problems that can not be resolved through normal channels or where you are unable to get an answer/resolution to an issue.
  • It is our job to determine the root cause of the issue and provide immediate and long term solutions to the issues.
  • It is our responsibility to communicate the results back to you, the customer.

Submit Complaint/Improvement Suggestion to the team via phone or through the Customer Suggestion form. A member of our team will respond within 1 business day with an update and follow up to your complaint and/or suggestion.
