This course is designed for technical personnel that are responsible for the support of an IP/Telephony network.
Synopsis
This course will give students and overview on how to use the PVA-1000 VoIP analysis tool and Capture Agent can be used to identify problems with VoIP networks. The course will cover Creating and distributing Capture Agents for data collection and analyzing capture files to analyze voice quality, signaling/control plane issues, and CTI issues.
