Synopsis
This self-paced course offering provides a web-based training solution for the Performance Monitor Reporting features of the NetOptimize PM Operations Support System (OSS), using the Microsoft Internet Explorer version of the graphical user interface. The course will cover the performance monitor reporting features and usage only, including how to configure and compile data for the PM reports, and basic explanation of the PM report content. This course will not cover not cover Fundamentals & Test Applications or other testing or reporting features (e.g. Administration, Cable VoIP, VoIP Monitoring, etc.) of the NetOptimize OSS, nor interpreting the PM reports/results.
