JDSU understands that the quality bar for VoIP services has been set high with respect to existing legacy services. To be successful, service providers must ensure that VoIP services deliver the same quality if not better than their existing counterparts. NetComplete Service Assurance for VoIP was designed to help service providers exceed this goal by presenting the complete view of the service. The complete view combines key quality perspectives delivered through end-to-end service and network performance monitoring and testing. By continuously monitoring the network and the service, service providers can identify poor quality patterns and relate these patterns back to specific elements/areas in the network ultimately providing troubleshooting cues. NetComplete then closes the service assurance loop by providing an arsenal of active on-demand testing capabilities to further sectionalize and troubleshoot these problems.
