Communications Test & Measurement
If you wish to enable use of the languages other than the default English & Spanish in your Validator-NT/Validator Ethernet speed certifier you must request a license key. The license key requirement is enabled with Validator/Validator-NT firmware version 2.4.0. As of the following Validator serial numbers language license keys will only be offered to customers who purchase a Validator through an authorized in-country distributor.
Validator NT950 Kit: 010589-0101 to 010650-0101
Validator-NT NT955 Kit: 062030-0200 to 062100-0200
Languages available are:
English (default) French, Spanish (default), Italian, German, Portuguese, Korean, Simplified Chinese
Firstly, make sure you have registered your Validator on www.jdsu.com/know-register or by mail with JDSU. If you are unsure of your Validator’s registration, log in to the Warranty Registration Account Update page to confirm your Validator is registered. Next, request your language license key by completing this form. A language license key will be e-mailed to you. We should respond to you within one business day.
English and Spanish are default – a language license key is NOT required for English and Spanish. Please do not request a language license key if you only need English and/or Spanish.
