Server and client software that supports all DSAM models, PathTrak Video Monitoring, Home Certification testing, remote DSAM and meter browser management

Test Productivity Pack (TPP) software allows customers to upgrade firmware, manage channel and limit plans, and manage meter inventories and field measurement test data with the web based Test Reporting System (TRS). TPP also supports the Home Certification solutions, remote DSAM applications, PathTrak Video Monitoring (PVM)* configuration and PVM web based reporting software, as well as the meter browser manager. TPP is a suite of multiple software applications that helps customers manage DSAM meters and PVM assets. TPP V4.1 software is required to upgrade DSAM, RSAM-5700 and MVP-100 firmware.

NOTE: The server/client version will upgrade both the server component AND the client on the server machine. Do NOT use this version on stand alone client machines.

Important Notes

  1. *VERY IMPORTANT! - This new version of TPP V4.1 is NOT COMPATIBLE with model RSAM-5600.The RSAM-5600 will only work with TPP version 4.0 or earlier versions of TPP. Contact JDSU TAC or Sales for more information about obtaining a Legacy copy of TPP V4.0 server/client software that works with RSAM-5600s.
  2. This new version of TPP V4.1 is NOT COMPATIBLE with any previous versions of TPP server or client software!
  3. Both TPP server and client must be upgraded to the same version for the software to operate.
  4. Customers can upgrade from any previous version of TPP to the current version for both the server and client.
  5. Read the TPP Getting Started Guide (PDF, 357 KB). This includes detailed information for installing and using the TPP software.
  6. After the TPP server machine is upgraded, each of the TPP client machines must also be updated using the client only version. JDSU recommends upgrading the server machine first followed by the client machines.
