Communications Test & Measurement
MAP is a versatile and flexible test and measurement instrument that can be configured for a variety of applications. To facilitate the automation of test and measurement applications, MAP includes several ActiveX 1 components: a communications server, a system driver and individual drivers for each cassette supported by MAP. These components can be easily integrated into an application in any environment supported by Windows 1 , such as Excel, Visual Basic 1 , Visual C++ 1 , LabVIEW 2 , and LabWindows CVI 2 .
The MAP Console utility program provides out-of-the-box instrument control and monitoring of the MAP platform. Run the MAP Console program live or in simulation mode as a learning tool for hardware debugging, a remote interface, and more.
