Communications Test & Measurement

This service is designed for customers who have acquired a JDSU system through change of ownership. JDSU remotely tests the system and then visits the customer site to re-certify the system, making it eligible for Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support and placing it under a one-year warranty. JDSU will determine if parts need to be repaired or replaced. Acterna can perform any repair or replacement at an additional charge.
