Building works are complete on the only authorised and certified JDSU Service centre in Australia. As you know, Acterna Test & Measurement Solutions is now part of JDSU and as such, the service center now offers repair and calibration services for Acterna, WWG, WG, WaveTek, TTC and JDSU instruments.

The service center is located in North Sydney, and services customers across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Over the next few months the service centre will increase its capability to service the full range of JDSU equipment. 

Get your Acterna, WWG, WG, WaveTek, TTC and JDSU test & measurement instruments serviced by the original equipment manufacturer locally, at the only JDSU authorised service centre in Australia. As the OEM, our skilled technicians provide total quality management services, extending the life of your test and measurement gear with original parts, and the latest service bulletins and software upgrades. 

No other calibration vendor in Australasia is authorised or has access to original JDSU and Acterna parts, bulletins or software.

Besides genuine spare parts and traceability, our service center offers optional equipment upgrades or free-of-charge software updates. We also advise of technology and/or product refresh opportunities to help you get the most out of your original test equipment investment.

The time-consuming logistic of shipping units overseas for servicing has been eliminated. The Australia service center will have full capability for servicing your units locally with the latest equipment and updates.
