Thank you for your purchase of PathTrak Video Monitoring 2.0. This upgrade is intended to use as a standalone installation or to migrate an existing PathTrak Video Monitoring 1.2 installation. This is NOT a free upgrade and will require a new license file. The software will prevent installation if a valid license file is not provided. Contact JDSU Customer Care Center to purchase an upgrade. PVM 2.1 supports RSAM-5600, RSAM-5700, RSAM-5800, RSAM-5800XT and MVP-200 probes.
To upgrade your server you will need:
- A license file which is distributed with upgrade orders and new orders of PVM 2.1.
- The download of PVM Server/client located below
- A server PC running Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows 2008 Server 32 or 64bit
The server software should be installed on the server only. Use the client software link to install client software on other PCs which require administrative privileges. Note the client software does not require a license file.
