JDSU will work with you to find the right hardware service support plan (Gold, Silver or Bronze) for your needs including repairs, calibration, express loaner, advanced replacement , technical assistance and training.
- Calibration - Factory, On-Site with Plan Manager.
Calibration extends the life of your equipment and should be performed at the specified intervals to ensure that your instruments are operating at factory specifications. Opt for a Calibration plan manager to help with logistics and maximize discounts. .
- Express Loaner and Advanced Replacement
These services provide you with either an equivalent loaner during the period of time your equipment is being repaired or calibrated or a replacement unit with the same configuration. Having a replacement or loaner at the ready will keep your operations team running as efficiently as possible.
- 24/7 Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
Need immediate assistance -- extend your support from regular business hours to 24 / 7 support and receive our world class support around the clock.
- Factory Repairs
JDSU has a global network of repair centers of excellence that provide warranty and non-warranty factory repair services for all customers. Expedited repair services are available based on availability for an
additional fee.
- Installation and Commissioning Services
JDSU will leverage its world class project management staff to install and commission your system ensuring a smooth introduction into your operations environment.
- Software Upgrade Services and Maintenance
Keep up-to-date with the latest software by automatically receiving all software releases, including corrections and enhancement releases.
