All JDSU PLUS support plans include basic product training for products purchased. This basic product training is delivered via regularly scheduled live virtual classroom (VC) sessions led by experienced instructors. The training sessions give an equipment overview including its key concepts, the mainframe, the modules, and the most important hardware and software options. Each classroom session typically lasts up to 3 hours. The intention of these training sessions is to help new users start using their JDSU equipment.
