JDSU testers can manipulate various FC frames to emulate customer traffic and perform BER measurements on L1 and L2 circuits. JDSU also offers ‘RFC-like’ Fibre Channel testing, which adapts RFC2544 testing methodology to FC circuits, allowing for automated test routines and results analysis and the saving of specific test configurations and routines.
