JDSU offers continuous-wave (CW) and pulsed diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) lasers. The CW DPSS lasers have an improved cavity design for longer lifetime and reliability. The compact packages are easy to operate and integrate, and the controller interfaces provide several control functions including interlock and diagnostics via transistor-to-transistor logic and analog signals. Models and options include beam-shaping optics at 532 nm wavelength range with 10 to 50 mW output power. Typical applications include DNA sequencing, flow cytometry, semiconductor inspection, high-speed printing, photo processing, and alignment.
