The JDSU HST-3000 now provides the industry’s first true dual-pair bonded VDSL test support for the turn up and troubleshooting of bonded VDSL2 Access networks. The HST-3000 bonded VDSL2 module test features include the following capabilities:

• emulate dual modem CPE and analyze actual bonded performance not possible when lines are tested individually;
• when using a bonded VDSL2 “auto test” with the JDSU UltraFED (far-end device), a single technician can efficiently conduct thorough pre-qualification and troubleshooting tests.

The HST-3000 was the industry’s first tester to enable the turn up and troubleshooting of 30 MHz VDSL2, typically the “last mile” technology in FTTx networks. JDSU continues this leadership with the first field portable bonded VDSL test solution.
