January 5, 2012—Dyaptive Systems, a Vancouver, BC-based provider of capacity test solutions for 2G, 3G and 4G wireless networks. Dyaptive provides subscriber emulation systems for wireless technologies, including emerging long term evolution (LTE)/4G being deployed by service providers worldwide. July 7, 2011—QuantaSol, a concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) provider based in the United Kingdom, offers industry-leading multiple quantum well (MQW) technology. JDSU acquired critical product design, patented intellectual property and other assets from QuantaSol for its CPV cell product platform.
