What type of cable is required to connect a MAP-200 mainframe to an external display?
The display connector on MAP-200 is a female DVI-D (digital signal only) type. When using an external display that has a DVI connector, a DVI-D male to DVI-D male cable is required between MAP-200 and the display. If the display being used does not have a DVI connector, then an appropriate DVI-D active adapter must be used. The adapter must be designed to connect a DVI-D (female) output to the required input type (i.e. VGA, DisplayPort, HDMI).
